I was so thrilled to have found this cute shop. The reviews looked good so I ordered. It appeared that the item was shipped within a few days, however, tracking was never updated. I kindly reached out to Karen multiple times before receiving a response. She never acknowledged the fact that tracking wasn't updated. If you're not going to update with a tracking number there is absolutely no value in offering one. I received a refund after opening a dispute with the shop through Etsy. At that point she quickly refunded my money, but still insisted the item was shipped. It is now almost two months and the item never arrived. I question that the item was ever shipped or a tracking number would have automatically been applied when the label was created.
